今回の件は、東電が旧経営陣に対して訴訟を起こさないので、株主が旧経営陣に対して訴訟を起こしたって構図。
「先輩のミスは追求しませんよ。だって、追求したら先輩がやってきたことを否定することになるし、そうすると僕らが今やっていることも否定されるってことじゃないですか」ってとこでしょうな。
もうこの時点で東電が役人体質なのが判明しました。
